    材料:

     底層:

      即磨咖啡粉     1湯匙

      35%淡忌廉     230g

      鮮奶         75g

      砂糖         45g

      魚膠片        6.5g

     中層:

      水          230g

      砂糖         45g

      即磨咖啡粉    1.5 湯匙

      魚膠片(浸軟)    6.5g

     面層:

      35%淡忌廉      230g

      鮮奶          75g

      砂糖          45g

      魚膠片(浸軟)    6.5g

      橙青          1個

    做法:

     1.  先預備底層。將即磨咖啡粉、淡忌廉和鮮奶一起煮沸,熄火焗10分鐘。

     2.  把咖啡粉過濾,拌入砂糖煮溶,然後放進已浸軟之魚膠片拌勻。

     3.  把咖啡奶倒進模內,冷凍備用。

     4.  底層凝固後可預備中層。把水和即磨咖啡粉一起煮滾,加入砂糖煮溶。 

     5.  放入浸軟之魚膠片拌勻,注入模內冷藏。

    6. 底層凝固後可預備面層。將忌廉、鮮奶和橙青一起煮沸,把橙青過濾。

    7. 拌入砂糖煮溶,再放進已浸軟之魚膠片拌勻,把香橙奶漿倒進模內冷藏。

    8. 待面層凝固後脫模,即成三層的橙咖啡布甸。
