    桂花涼糕

    【做  法】

    1.將圓糯米洗淨,泡水2~4小時,瀝乾水分,再加入2杯水放入電鍋內煮熟(方式與煮飯相同)。

    2.糯米飯趁熱用棍子搗爛,待涼後分成2份,每份各舖平成厚0.3公分的長方形片狀。

    3.在每片糯米飯片中間放上100公克的紅豆沙,舖平成長條形,將糯米飯片捲起成圓柱形,依序做好2份,放入冰箱冷藏1~2小時。

    4.冰涼後取出每4公分長切成一段,淋上少許桂花糖蜜即可。

    【備 註】

        桂花糖蜜的作法即是用黑糖80公克、麥芽糖40公克、蜂蜜30公克、桂花醬少許(視個人口味)、水70cc,用小火一起熬煮成濃稠狀即可。

    这两天,自己也做了.发觉糯米加水在电饭煲内煮,一定要控制好水份,水多后,糯米粘性大,太软了,要捲成圆柱形很困难,我就搞成个大粗肉肠形了.哈哈~~建议糯米时间泡长后,不需要两杯水.
